When it comes to travel, we’ll throw you straight in the deep end. You’ll do stuff that other travellers might chicken out of – eat weird food (guinea pig, anyone?), ride public transport and stay at locally run places (Star rating? What star rating?).
We’ll still take you to the ‘must-see’ sites, but we’ll mix it up with unique experiences that aren’t found in any guidebook. You’ll also have plenty of time to do your own thing. Get some pointers from your local guide (they always know some random festival, market or hidden bar with its own volleyball court). Or just go it alone and explore. Serendipity is the seed of many a memorable tale, so we leave room for it to take root. As we say to all our travellers, ‘may your heart be light, your step swift and your stories f**king epic’.
Our average group has 9 people and our maximum is 16 (22 on some of our Africa trips). Most of our travellers are aged between 18-35 but the oldest so far was a 79-year-old dude named Lars, and he was awesome, so go figure. If you’ve got an open mind, a sense of adventure and are willing to step outside the comfort zone then you’ll fit right in.
