Itinerary:Journey across Egypt and Jordan enjoying an action-packed trip discovering the wonders of the ancient world, as well as exploring the countries' natural treasures. Cairo’s spectacular skyline, plus the rich legacy of the Egyptian Museum, makes it one of the most exotic capitals around the Mediterranean. Setting off on your desert adventure into the barren Sinai Peninsula, you’ll see a biblical wilderness of arid desert and rocky peaks surrounded by coral seas. You’ll climb Mount Sinai to see the sun rise over the mountains, then trek with camels to the Red Sea coast to relax or go snorkelling over some of the world’s finest coral reefs. Journeying into Jordan, you’ll use 4WD vehicles to explore the towering sandstone landscapes of Wadi Rum and camp Bedouin-style underneath the bright stars and clear skies. You continue to Petra, the legendary 'pink city' of the Nabataeans which was hewn by hand from solid rock; your two-night stay gives you plenty of time to explore the site. Then to one of Jordan’s great hidden natural treasures, Dana Nature Reserve, where you’ll walk among its incredible system of wadis and mountains.
