(July 10 - August 6, 2011) This is Kapitan Khlebnikov's 28-day End of an Era tour of the Russian Arctic's Northeast Passage. In 2008, on this expedition, travelers encountered thick pack ice, unusual geological formations and the fascinating cultures of the indigenous peoples! We expect no less, this one last cruise through the icy waters of Siberia.

This expedition includes

• 1 night pre-expedition hotel accommodation in Anchorage, Alaska, with breakfast.
• 1 night post-expedition hotel accommodation in Helsinki, Finland with breakfast.
• Group transfer from the Anchorage hotel to the airport on Day 2 of the itinerary.
• Group transfer from Anadry airport to the ship on Day 2 of the itinerary.
• Shipboard accommodation with housekeeping.
• Shipboard breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
• Shore landings per the program delivered on the ship each day.a
• All group transfers by helicopter and group sightseeing according to the daily program.

• Passport and visa expenses.
• Government arrival and departure taxes.
• Meals ashore, other than the breakfasts included with the hotel accommodation.
• Baggage, cancellation and medical travel insurance.
• Excess baggage charges.
• Laundry, bar, beverage and other personal charges.
• Shipboard and land telecommunication fees.
