Terrain and route: Mainly quiet tarmac roads past villages, farms, vineyards, woodland and alongside rivers. There are no significant ascents or descents. Alternative routes are available on most days.

Terrain and route: Mainly quiet tarmac roads & designated cycle paths through vinyeards, forests and alongside the estuary & ocean. No significant ascents or descents. Alternative routes available on most days.

Terrain and route: The suggested cycling route runs around the edge of the lake, almost entirely on dedicated cycleways, which are mostly flat. Occasionally minor roads are used.

Terrain and route: mainly tarmac roads past villages and vineyards across undulating terrain. Occaisionally a busier road is encountered as is a longer club, but the route is not particularly arduous.
