Inca Trail & Galapagos Islands
19 days - from $5010
Trek to the magnificent Inca ruins of Machu Picchu and discover the unique wildlife of the Galapagos Islands
On this two-part itinerary we first visit the Inca heartland of Peru, discovering the archaeological sites and stunning scenery of Cuzco and the Sacred Valley before starting out on the famous Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. The trek takes us over high passes and to Inca temples and fortresses before we arrive at the famous 'lost city'. In complete contrast, we explore the amazing flora and fauna of the Galapagos Archipelago, accompanied by experienced naturalist guides. Our sleep-on-board cruise on a small motor yacht allows us access to areas larger boats cannot reach and also has minimal environmental impact.
