Itinerary:

This short but comprehensive trip from Peru to Bolivia is ideal for travellers who want to experience Machu Picchu and visit Lake Titicaca in under a fortnight. 70% of passengers choose our exclusive week-long ‘Community Inca Trail’ through the Urubamba Valley. As well as staying with our Quechuan Indian hosts to learn about their culture, you’ll be trekking an ancient trade route which is unique to Dragoman. After trekking, you can sit back and relax as we overland across the highest plateau outside of Tibet, the Altiplano before heading to Lake Titicaca where we visit the indigenous Uros people who have built their homes on tiny floating islands of reeds. You’ll also stay in the quaint lakeside town of Copacabana from where you can visit the Isla del Sol, birthplace of the sun in Inca mythology. The trip ends in Bolivia’s capital, La Paz.
