Prize: Adventure Center (First Choice) Inc. will award one (1) Prize to one (1) winner whose name is randomly drawn from all entries received and who is otherwise eligible. Prize consists of the following item for winner: One place on one of the following trips as selected by the winner

Thai Indochina Explorer (AOX) 13 day culture tour commencing in Saigon on 19 October 2008. Approximate retail value including economy class flights from either New York, Los Angeles or San Francisco to connect with the tour $2890.

Highlights of Egypt (AEQ) 9 day history tour commencing in Cairo 25 October 2008. Approximate retail value including economy class flights from either New York, Los Angeles or San Francisco to connect with the tour $2550.

Annapurna Sanctuary (TNS) 15 day trekking tour commencing in Kathmandu 02 November 2008. Approximate retail value including economy class flights from either New York, Los Angeles or San Francisco to connect with the tour $3660.

Classic Kenya Safari (AYM) 6 day wildlife tour commencing in Nairobi 26 October 2008. Approximate retail value including flights either New York>, Los Angeles or San Francisco to connect with the tour $3840.

Petra & Wadi Rum by Bike (MXW) 9 day cycling tour commencing in Amman 15 November 2008. Approximate retail value including economy class flights from either New York, Los Angeles or San Francisco to connect with the tour $2620.

With accommodation for one person on a twin share basis. Itinerary and inclusions as described in the Exodus - Discovery, Wildlife & Adventure brochure, and tour operated by Exodus. Economy class flights from either New York, Los Angeles or San Francisco to connect with the tour will be provided as part of the prize. Airline and flight schedule to be determined by Adventure Center. Winner is solely responsible for all expenses and charges not specified above as part of the Prize, including but not limited to: transportation to and from either New York, Los Angeles, or San Francisco, any local payment, park fees, local entrance fees associated with tour, beverages, meals not included in the itinerary, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, hotel services before or after the tour, side trips, optional extra activities, visas, travel insurance, custom duties and anything else not listed as being included. Hotels may require a credit card or cash deposit to cover incidental expenses. Due to the nature of this adventure trip, weather, government regulations or other operational issues may require changes to be made to your itinerary and/or the cancellation of some excursions. Dates of departure from and arrival back in the USA will depend on gateway selected and airline schedule. A valid passport is required to participate in the prize trip. Adventure enter reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Any such change will be announced. One (1) name will be drawn on June 06, 2008. If the name drawn is disqualified or determined to be ineligible for any reason, an alternate name will be selected by random drawing. Alternate winners must meet all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. If no eligible winner is selected after five (5) names have been drawn no further drawings will be held and the prize will not be awarded.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. Sweepstakes begins on Saturday January 11, 2008. The last day to enter is May 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and residents of the United States (except Puerto Rico and Guam) at the time of entry. Participants agree to these Official Rules. Other restrictions apply.
2. Prize Restrictions/Consumer Disclosure: Prize may not be extended, transferred, or substituted or redeemed for cash except that Adventure Center may substitute prize of equal or greater value if it deems necessary. Only one (1) Prize will be awarded, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in these rules. Winner must have valid passport at the time of entry into Sweepstakes or will forfeit all rights to the Prize. Adventure Center will not arrange or pay for conduct that would be considered illegal or immoral in the United States. Adventure Center will furnish to the Internal Revenue Service any required tax reporting forms relating to the award of any prize, including Form 1099-MISC. Adventure Center will notify winner by overnight mail. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release and complete a booking form agreeing to the customer agreement in the Exodus brochure. Winner must return those signed documents no later than 7 days after receipt of notification letter. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of alternate winner.
3. How to Enter: Entries for the Adventure Center Your Kind of Trip - Sweepstakes may be submitted beginning January 11, 2008. Drawing to determine the winner will be held on June 06, 2008. To be eligible for the drawing, entries must be received by Adventure Center no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on May 30, 2008. To enter, access Adventure Center's web site at www.adventurecenter.com and complete the online entry form or complete a postcard with the required information and return to Adventure Center. Participants must fill out each of the Required Fields on the web site entry form. The following required information must be provided: first and last name, e-mail address, and complete home address, home telephone number. To submit the completed entry form to Adventure Center, click on the Submit button. Participants who fail to fill out all of the required fields or provide invalid e-mail addresses will not be notified by Adventure Center. Limit one (1) entry per participant. Participants may not enter multiple times under different e-mail addresses. Adventure Center reserves the right to determine whether multiple entries have been received from any participant by comparing the information submitted with personal identification information on participant's valid photo identification or by any other means, and to disqualify any such participant. All such decisions are final. Adventure Center is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, or for any failed telephone or computer hardware or software, or for any failed, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or garbled transmissions or errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic, or for entries that for any reason are not received by Adventure Center by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on May 30, 2008. All entry forms become the property of Adventure Center and will not be returned.
4. Selection of Winner of the Adventure Center Your Kind of Trip - Sweepstakes: Subject to the eligibility requirements in these Official Rules, the participant whose entry is randomly selected on June 06, 2008 will win the Prize. Adventure Center will notify the winner by overnight mail, addressed to the home address provided on winner's entry form. Before receiving any prize and as a condition of receiving such prize, the winner must provide valid photo identification featuring his or her name, date of birth, and address as it appeared on the entry form supplied, provide his or her social security number, offer proof of proper age and residency in any state in the U.S. and of valid passport, and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release and booking form supplied by Adventure Center which, among other disclaimers, releases Adventure Center, and a range of subsidiaries, directors, agents, agencies, affiliates, advertisers, promoters, officers, directors, employees and related persons from any and all liability related to this Sweepstakes and the receipt and use of the prize. Winner may also be required to sign other legal documents (including tax forms). Failure to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and release, without making changes, to Adventure Center within 7 days after receipt of notification letter will result in disqualification, forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. If a winner is disqualified or determined to be ineligible for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. Alternate winners must meet all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. If no eligible winner is selected after five (5) names have been drawn no further drawings will be held and the prize will not be awarded.
5. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States (except for Puerto Rico and Guam) who are at least 21 years old at time of entry, as confirmed on valid photo identification. Employees of Adventure Center, and of its affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, advertisers, promoters, and the immediate families of the employees of any of these, are not eligible. The term 'immediate family' includes only spouses, parents, and children.
6. Miscellaneous: All federal, state and local laws apply. Participants need not be present to win. Adventure Center shall be entitled to interpret these rules as needed including but not limited to rules regarding entries, selection of winners, and eligibility and all its decisions are final. Adventure Center reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes or any part of this Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, non-authorized intervention, telecommunications or computer failure, or malfunction, or other causes beyond its control, corrupt or impair the security, administration, fairness and/or operation of this Sweepstakes as determined by Adventure Center in its sole discretion. Adventure Center is not responsible for injury or damage to participant's (or any other person's) computer, modem, or other electronic device, related to or resulting from participating or receiving materials in this Sweepstakes, or any other liability or damage of any kind related to this Sweepstakes. Adventure Center reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it reasonably suspects or believes to be tampering with the entry process or the award mechanism, whether on-line or by any other means, or to be acting in violation of these rules. A violation of the rules includes any attempt to enter more than once, including using different e-mail addresses. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with this Sweepstakes in any way will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. 7. Consent To Use of Information: Participant specifically acknowledges and agrees that Adventure Center may utilize information obtained from participant in order to contact participant and/or to offer Adventure Center's products or services. By accepting Prize, winner consents to the use of their name, photographs (including the use and appearance of their photographs on Adventure Center's web page), likenesses, biographical information and voice in this and future promotions and publicity without further compensation, except where prohibited.
