Icehotel and Mushing!
From multi-cultural Montreal, we head via the world famous Icehotel (only open from mid-Jan onwards) to the Mauricie region of Eastern Quebec to begin our husky adventure. An area renowned for its splendid forest covered mountains, frozen lakes and waterways, all brushed with a generous covering of deep, white snow. In the hands of our expert guides, we will quickly master the techniques required to guide our dog teams through this pristine wilderness.

4-day Dog Sledding Safari
Travelling on average about 20-30 kilometres per day, our journey through this spectacular white landscape should bring us a sense of the beauty and isolation of this remote region. In the evenings, after taking care of the dogs, we can relax in our rustic wilderness cabins and enjoy delicious local specialities such as caribou (reindeer) stew and maple syrup pancakes, all prepared by our guides.

Quebec City
At the end of our 4-day safari, we head to Quebec City, beautifully located on the banks of the St Lawrence, this historic town positively comes alive in the winter months. Here we have a free day to try some alternative winter activities such as snowshoeing, snowmobiling or skiing as well as the chance to unwind with a spa and massage treatment (optional).
