Austria's premier cross-country ski location Hotel in central location in Seefeld Variety of grades available
Cross-country skiing is a way of life for the Tyroleans, and there is no better place to learn than in Europe's premier cross-country region. Twice venue for the Winter Olympics, the Seefeld Plateau is considered a true paradise for cross-country skiers with more than 250 kms of groomed and marked trails. We stay at the centrally located Hotel Alpina in the pretty village of Seefeld which is ideally situated to easily explore this beautiful area. Our grade 1 and grade 2 skiing weeks offer more instruction and guiding on the vast selection of well-groomed trails around Seefeld. We also offer grade 2+ weeks for those who prefer longer, more challenging days linking to some difficult routes, part of which consitute previous Olympic and World Cup circuits. Seefeld has an excellent cross-country ski reputation for both beginners and more experienced skiers alike and the snow-capped mountains of the Karwendel and Wetterstein ranges provide an inspiring backdrop to this active week in this wonderful part of Austria.
